Fan was making a VERY LOUD noise
First I looked at the video on changing out the fan.Made a lot of difference. Everything was covered and made it simple. Wish I had gotten two grommets but the back one was in good shape and worked fine. My hearing isn't great but now I can't even hear the thing run unless the freezer door is open. The shipping was great! You sent it out immediately and in a few days it was here.

Evaporator assembly was making noise and defrosting did not fix the problem.
Thanks to your informative website, installation and assembly of the evaporator fan and motor was very easy. One thing I am constantly worried when I repair and replace parts around my house is getting correct and matching parts. Your website is very informative in this respect and the tutorial videos are excellent aids in replacing parts, fixing problems, and troubleshooting issues. The handles on my GE fridge had yellowed over 12 years use.
Just took the old ones off, the new ones went right on. Took less than 10 minutes. It`s nice to order parts and get the right ones on the first try.

fan hung up and made a lot of noise, the shaft to fan blade had 1" play back and forth
I first watched the video on how to do it via YouTube, to make sure there were no hidden surprises. This was probably the easiest/ quickest repair I have ever done, the ONLY thing that took any time was removing the food from the freezer

The condenser fan was really noisy

broken crisper drawer support
quick and simple--removed the old one and slid new part in on same support pins.I had the new part via UPS LESS THAN 24 HRS.FROM THE TIME I PLACED THE ORDER! THANKS, SOMEONE IS REALLY ON THE BALL.

failed light switch
I started removing the switch by prying on the right side with a screwdriver, when it emerged enough I used pliers to finish removing it. I then unpluged rhe wires from the bad switch and pluged them on the new switch and "poped" it into the hole.

The beyond cheap GE handle broke on our rental unit GE refrigerator after less than six months
The new handle just took three screws matching our model refrigerator perfectly--and it is much sturdier than the original. We originally went to the GE site and they wanted $70 +shipping for the same handle. Our landlord only paid $500 for this fridge six months ago--brand new! For a total of just under $17 we got a new handle in perfect condition--delivered quickly to our door. It was exactly as described and fit our model perfectly. We couldn't be happier and will tell all of our friends about this wonderful site. Thank you!!

Connected the 2 wires and pushed in the switch until it clicked.
