fridge and freezer not staying cold
removed back panel from freezer. located thermostat removed and replaced thermostat put panel and all baskets back into freezer and plugged fridge back in. Works perfect problem solved

Freezer Not Cooling
Change thermostat and temperature sensor in the freezer section, but did not resolved the problem. Ordered the Main Control Board. After replaced the Main Controller Board. Refrigerator is back to normal.

Refrigerator freezing.
Temp. Sensor was under an egg shaped cover on the left side wall in the refrigerator. Remove the cover, cut the two wires to the old sensor and remove it. Connect the new sensor to the two wires using butt connectors. Replace cover and done.

one of the holes was broken
took the old one out and replaced it with the new one, then trashed the old one

The lower light shade was burnt and the rubber that holds it in place.
The lower light shade did not come with the rubbers attached that sit helps the light shade stay in place on the glass and on the back of the fridge. I had to use the old one that was damage.

Broken light switch
I read how others repaired theirs and followed exactly what they said and worked great. Used very small screw driver to take old part out plugged new one in put it back in slot and all was good.

freezer would not defrost
There were only 3parts listed to check omed out the defrost heater and thermostat ....thermistor checked bad ordered replacement took less than 2 minutes to replace after I defrosted it again runs fine

freezer not defrosting
Only problem we had was when we removed back wall on freezer the couls were totally iced up. After waiting for that to defrost. (3 HOURS) repair went fine. Was kind of hard to get to the part being its a side by side but happy with results

light switch in freezer broke
Used small screw driver to pry the top of the switch away from left inside wall of freezer side of side-by-side refrig./freezer; then used pliers to remove the switch; then removed the 3 prong socket and plugged it to new switch and installed it into the inside wall of the freezer.

broken light switch in refrigerator due to item falling on it
Anyone can do this. I am a 70 year old woman. With a kitchen knife, I gently pushed up from the bottom of the old and broken light switch to disengage the plastic catch. Then I unplugged the old one and plugged in the new one. It was then a matter of sliding in the new light switch paying attention to which side was "up". It works perfectly.

Rat chewed up fan blades in refrigerator at our camp.
We just pried off the fan blades and pushed on the new part. Could not have been easier. The rat has been permanently dipatched and, hopefully, that is that.
