I broke the Dairy Door.
I reached into the refrigerator top shelf for the bottle of milk and my arm caught on the Dairy Door and pulled it from the door and it fell to the floor and shattered. Thanks to you I was able to order another. After couple of weeks, I asked my wife, Rita if we received the Dairy Door. She said, "Oh yes. I installed it already." Boy was I surprised. Rita doesn't do installations!!!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.

Light switch broken on inside of refrigerator door
The light switch was accidentally broken. I looked it up on your site and found the part. I ordered it and switched it out in a matter of minutes. It also helped having people who purchased their switches from the site explain how they repaired their switches with relative ease.
