Ice dispenser had a transistor failure on the control board
The solenoid in the dispenser was overheated due to the control board failure. After I rerplaced the board I found the heat had distorted the plastic crank and jammed the solenoid action. The plastic crank was easy to replace. Now after expending approx. $75 everything works normally!

Frost in ice dispensor
Had to take front panel off dispenser area. Then remove components and install new part. That was easy part. Problem was getting components back into front of freezer. Seemed like something was blocking it from going all the way in. Had to remove small amount of insulation and "jiggle" components and eventually fell into place.

Frost on inside of freezer.
Since my refrig is 18 yrs. old and I never had to replace it, took a little long to remove trim piece on the outside. After that repair went smoothly. I still have problem with water collecting inside on the bottom of the freezer, might have a leak somewhere. Ice maker is functioning correctly.

Cracked/broken shelf frame and light cover melted
The parts arrived within 2 days of placing the order. The items were well packaged and protected from damage. The shelf frame replacement took a few minutes due to having to disassemble the tuck-away frame. No problems encountered as the parts were the exact replacement of the original.

seal deteriotated preventing flappper from fulling closing, allowing escaping air to freeze up water line.
Snapped off the plastic plate covering the dispenser. Removed the four screws holding the mechanism in place. Remove the electrical connections. Pull the mechanism out and up carefully pulling the dispenser pad out with all the mechanism in place. Look at the mechanism before removing any parts to get a mental image so that reassembly will be easy. Remove any electrical switch or circuit boards and remove old parts before submerging the mechanism in hot soapy water for clean-up. The Clean-up will take longer than the disassemble and reassembling. After completion the dispenser works as it should.

ice dispenser chute kept freezing with condensation
The flapper on the ice chute was curled up and not creating a good seat, so the chute kept clogging up with frozen condensation, especially during the humid summer months. The online video made it so easy to replace the part myself. I was able to fix the problem in under 15 minutes and at a fraction of the price!

The flapper on the freezer was warped and allowed humidity to create frost in the freezer.
I watched the how to video and followed the instructions. The entire repair took less than 4 minutes. Hardest thing was disconnecting the control panel.

The ice dispense door flapper was deformed letting warm air into the freezer compartment.
The trim piece covering the opening of the dispenser is the first and most difficult part of the disassembly. Take care when removing this piece that it does not break.

Flapper became warped. Freezer /icemaker frosting up... ice melting and sticking.
Popped off the front frame and front of mother board. unscrewed the assembly to be able to lift up to get to flapper. Lifted it up out of the the way ( wires are attached so it may take one other person to hold it up out of the way). Pop out the old flapper and replace with new one. Easy !
