Missing rack
Opened the refrigerator door and the wine/beverage rack locks into place in the two slots.

The back corners broke off.
The snack pan is pulled out then lifted slightly and pulled out fully. The new snack pan is then aligned in the slots and pushed in.

Side by side fridge and freezer both hot warm and the inside back panel of the freezer all frosted
As per the video , I unplugged the appliance and defrosted the freezer . Then removed the shelves and back from the freezer. Located and removed the old parts and installed the new ones which took about 20 minutes. Reassembled the appliance, plugged it in and it was cold within a few hours. Thanks for all the help

Wasn't getting cold and wouldn't defrost
Remove one nut top of ice box cut wire and replace temperature sensor in freezer part remove two nuts on back panel and cut wire and add temperature sensor then remove defrost thermostat cut orange and pink wire and twist together new sensor and tape up and one more temperature sensor add bottom of freezer cut and replace and tape up all wire and replace back cover simple easy job

replace seal on crisper drawer
spent 10 minutes trying to clip in the seal without any success. I emptied the crisper drawer and removed it flipped it over clipped the seal. replaced the drawer. Secret is to remove the drawer from the refrigerator.

The cover pan glass slipped out and shattered into the kitchen sink.

Plstic slider for ice broke broke away from screw.
I removed the old screws and old part. I removed the cover from the fan for room to maneuver. I then took the old screws, used my 1/4 inch socket and screwed the new part right onto the wall of fridge and was done.
