FFTR16B2RS0 Frigidaire Refrigerator - Instructions

This was the easiest thing to repair in my house! All I needed to do was to snap the appropriate new shelf in the place where the prior piece was and we were back in business. A caveat to anyone else who might try it-get your Mfgr/model number straight as well as measure the length of the shelf to be replaced. Since my brand was not listed in the pull-down menu for replacements, the first time I ordered the shelf replacement piece, I ordered the shelf that looked exactly like the one I was replacing however the replacement was a few inches too small! Simply removed screw from old rail, inserted it into new rail and connected the rail to the old shelf. A very easy fix and a money saver. Local techs wanted $75 just to come out and look at the problem. Local parts places didn't stock the part and gave an estimated delivery time of 3-5 weeks with a price $12 higher than you guys. I received the part from your company well within the promised maximum 5 day delivery time - 3 days! Thanks, you have a repeat customer.

Super easy it took no more than 5 minutes to replace the fridge door racks. Starting from opening the box when it arrived to closing the fridge door with the new racks in place. no tools needed, except a knife to open the box.

Insert the bottom part of the trim first, then pull up to snap on the top. PartSelect.com is a fantastic website!!

One of our employees needed to bring in a screw driver for square holes which he picked up at lunch. It took less than 5 minutes to replace the old one. He removed 2 screws, put the new handle on and screwed it in.

I cleaned off the shelf that the drawer hangs from and removed it from the fridge. I took the philips head screw from the back of the broken support rail. Put the new one on, screwed it in and replaced the shelf and drawer.

I unscrewed the old drawer support rail and installed the new one. The phone rep. was excellent. He listened to what I needed, looked up the parts for me, and sent me the correct parts the first time. I think the parts arrived within two days, much faster then I expected. As others have noted: this is an easy repair. I spent more time clearing all of our containers of yogurt that the actually "repair."

This is a good opportunity to clean the glass shelf and so I did that after removing it. Unscrewed the back support screw, removed old rail, and installed new one. (I just used the old screw as it seemed to be in good shape).

Took longer to clear the top shelf to remove it from the refrigerator to do the repairs. Super easy!

I Removed the old broken piece and replaced it with the new drawer support, using the screwdriver it was a very simple operation.

the repair was simple but the real story was the easy to read blow up diagram of the refridgerator after I entered the model no. Everything was numbered and I new exactly what I was ordering.
I will definatley buy here again.
