Water actuator arm broke
Not too bad, remove the water and ice bezel (3 philips screws) then remove the dispenser unit another 3-4 philips screws. Remove water line from dispenser unit (remember this as the water tube re-insertion is the complicated part) I did not remove anything other then components listed above. Seals and inner door stay intact. Replaceing the actuator and arm was easy. two small philips will free the actuator and arm. Disconnect the two wire harness (black and red) NOTE- there are two sets of black and red wire harnesses that plug in next to each other. One is for the ice dispenser and the other for the water. putting it back together is as easy as taking it apart. However the water line has no play, no slack at all so when reinserting it, the space between the dispenser unit and the door itself is limited. Put the tip of the hose down into the hole you removed it from, hold the dispenser still and use a pair of long needle nose pliers to push (feed) the hose down into the hole. Make sure it comes out the other side by about 1/4 inch to insure it is in and stable. reinstall the unit and bezel. Most of my time was spent feeding the short water tube back in place. You will see just how much room there is between the dispenser and the door before you pull the water tube from the unit. In this case you can judge if it will be too complicated for you before you go any further.

Ice maker quit working & was over flowing
We had to unhook & remove icemaker several times, thaw it out & reinstall, it would work for a day or two then overflow. Bought the new ice marker, replace it and it works great....

Ice tray wouldent fill.
It was simple. I loosened the two screws holding the ice maker unit. Then disconnected the wire harness. Plug in the new ice maker and tighten down the two screws. Held reset button for 15 sec. Done! took ten min. I had a full try of ice the next day!

When washing the shelf insert glass piece, it broke into a million pieces.
The repair was just as easy as ordering the part which arrived on day three after I ordered it! I had already cleaned up the broken glass insert, so all I had to do was unpack and lay the new shelf in. Took less than a minute!

The top crisper drawer frame was cracked, it secures the glass top also.
Replaced the top crisper drawer frame. Installation was very easy. The hardest part was cleaning all of the spilled food/liquid items from under the drawers once removed to replace the top frame. I will keep the top frame and repair it. From what I have read, this is a very common problem as there is no support in the middle of the frame...it is only plastic.

No Water or Ice Dispensing
First I obtained the manual to the refrigerator. I identified the screws to be removed. I turned off the water then unplugged the water lines. I then replaced the Water Filter Base and reassemble the parts. Within minutes of turning on the water, water and ice making had returned. I was a hero for saving the family $200 in parts and labor.

Support stude for both vegetable crispers broken off
Support studs have an expansion fitting - center post has to be pushed through to allow expansion joint to collapse for removal. After installation, this post can be pushed in or pulled out to secure the stud and be the proper length to hold the bins.
None of this was obvious - an online tip from another member was invaluable.

Freezer not holding temp
The repair could not be completed. I ordered a thermostat defrost kit but received a collar arbor for a saw. They do not answer the phone at customer service and the order took close to two weeks to get in the first place. Beware of shopping at this site!

Cheap Plastic Water Actuator Broke
Removed Water drip tray, Then removed (3) screws holding the cover in place. Removed (3) more screws holding the circuit board in place. pulled out ribbon cable from the circuit board which is connected to cover, and put aside.
Tried to remove screws holding actuator in place, but it was a bit tight,,wish i would have tried to un-plug the connector on the left side first, but did not, i instead removed the water tube to gain better access,,,,replacing actuator was easy, re-attaching water tube was not simple at all,, but if you do end up pulling it out,,,do not waste time trying to pull it back thru, it is not nessasary, and impossible to do,,the end is tapered, and makes a pressure seal, so it will not leak,,,re-attached screws, ribbon cable, cover, and drip tray,,and done.

actuator snapped at the panel
I followed the past suggestions and I opened the parts list to understand what was where. Caution when removing the face plate. The flat white connector pulls out easierly. It can be plugged back in after. I have big hands so it was hard to connect the water back to the unit. Other wise it went ok.
OH , make sure to unplug the refrigirator. I touch the control board and got snapped.
