Refrigerator side will get warm
Went online to find a diagram for my particular model, found it, removed frezzer panel to gain access to the evaporator assy, performed a continuity test to the deffrost end cycle thermostat, found it open, ( out of range) on my dvom, at 25 deg., I should have had continuity, performed continuity test to heater assy. had continuity present, installed a new end deffrost cycle thermostat assy, tested, works great.

broken spring in the light switch in refer
Initially thought I could repair switch, but then discovered spring was broken. Ordered the new switch (Parts Select is very efficient - received switch in 3 days). Was encouraged by the posts regarding the switch installation. I had some difficulty removing the old switch. Used a pocket knife to ease the switch out of the hole to reveal the clip/spring. After noting the clip/spring location I used a small flat-blade screwdriver to release the clip. Even though I released the "molded" clip/spring(be sure to note where the spring is on the new switch and release it on the switch it was tight in the hole and had to use pliers to carefully remove the old switch. After removing the old switch, used pliers to gently remove the wire leads. Then install the leads on the new switch. Note the orientation for replacing the switch and gently feed the connecting wires into the hole so they won't kink or prevent the switch from entering the hole. Install the switch noting the clip/spring location and the orientation of the lever that the door closes on to turn off the light. Be sure to put it in without binding at an angle. Broken guide on tray bin
Not much to say. To much weight (maybe?) in drawer and overzealous kids. I have replaced it once before and all I had to do was remove the drawer, put in the new one. Fit great and was back in business. I do have to say that when I've ordered parts here before, I have been real happy with the quick service. A+ for getting it to me quick!

Moved into a new apartment and this part was missing from the refrigerator so the bottom crisper was not functional.
Was a very tight fitting part and it had to be gently tapped into place.

Plastic door closure was broken

The original drawer was broken
Short story: excellent experience. Long story: The original drawer broke, probably because it was overloaded during the years of use. I found the part number very easily on parselect.com. Just followed the instructions on the web site. Got the replacement very quickly, and it was broken in the box. Called PartSelect and they sent my another replacement immediately. No need to send back the broken one, no extra cost, no question asked. I got the new part in a few days. This time they took the time of carefully placing the original box in another larger package with plenty of shock-absorbing material. Changed it in no time. The service was excellent, the person who took my call was extremely nice and efficient. I strongly recommend PartSelect.

Light switch was broken off.
Purchased the new light switch, used a butter knife to pop the old one out, used the pliers to pull the wires off the metal tabs, replaced the new one with no problem. Took about under 1 minute. Lights are now all working.

Door light switch broken
It took less that 30 seconds to pop out the old one and less that 30 seconds to install the new one.

Broken light switch
Used the butter knife to pry the old switch out, it is a snap in switch so there is a small keeper on the bottom that needs to be pushed in to pop the switch out. Un hooked wires by pulling them off of the terminals (won't shock you) and put them on the new switch and popped it in

Light switch broke
Pulled out old switch with needle nose pliers, unplugged old switch and plugged in the new one and snapped back into place. Very easy to repair. Took less than 10 minutes

The shefl support in the freezer had broken
Ordered parts from Parts Select. They were here like overnight!! Unreal. Supports just slipped in. Absolutely easy. The door droped down and made a knocking sound when the door opened
My husband took the door off and replaced the door closure cam kit with no problem the door opens without a sound.
