Oven Wouldn't Heat above 180
Repair is really easy. Just remove two screws, pull ( gently ) on the bake element until you see the electrical connectors. Remove and do the reverse with the new part. Oven works just fine.
Really Really easy....

Remove burned out element & replace.
I watched the video intructing the installation of the bake element. The one thing I would suggest is to remove the oven door as this allows someone with a shorter reach to do the repair.

Bake element burned out
I ordered the part on Sunday night and it came on Wednesday. I watched the 'Partselect' video prior to doing the repair - the video got right to the repair and it gave me all the information (and confidence) I needed. It took me longer to clean the bottom of the oven than it did to make the actual repair. I can't imagine paying someone to do such an easy job. My kids had a great time playing with the bubble wrap from the box!

The old element toasted. Burned-up completely.
I shut the breaker off at the main power box.
In the oven, I loosened two screws to remove the old element (parts now, after the burn-out). I pulled the old element out of the back wall of the oven to expose the wire connections. I detached the simple sliding wire connectors. Done with removal. I waited for the new element to arrive (one week). Installed easily. Turned on the breaker and baked a few potatoes. Very simple.

No heat - replaced heating element
#1...love the website where it helped us diagnose our problem. Also the video where it showed us exactly where and what to do. #2 we accessed the rear of range and unplugged. #3 Took back panel off of range to exposed wires and clips of heating bake element. #4- removed old element from the clips to find that one end was FRIED and FRAYED. Like something burned through the clip. 5- We cut and stripped the end of the hot wire, re-attached the new clip to repaired wire. 6 - plugged her back in...turn the oven on to see that the NEw coil heated up wonderfully. BEST part of the story yet....I placed the order via internet on Monday at 3:45 pm. I paid for the standard shipping of $7.95 or 3-7 day delivery. On Tuesday AM....the very next day, I was WOKEN up by my doorbell at 8:05 AM....by the time I got to the door to see who it was...the FED EX truck was pulling out of my driveway. THEREFORE I got overnight delivery without paying for it. AWESOME delivery, service, transaction....and great website and parts!! HIGHLY recommend to all!!!!

Oven was not heating properly
After finding out my 2nd hand electric stove was not reaching the temperature I needed to bake my cookies I knew I had to either find out what was wrong & repair it or purhcase another stove. The baking element was the culprit and it was really easy to fix. I disconnected the power line to the stove, unscrewed the old element & pulled apart the contacts from the wires. I then reversed the process and was done in less than 30 minutes. I was extremely pleased with how fast my order was shipped - I ordered the part on Tuesday & the part was waiting for me on Thursday when I got off from work. Will definitely order from PartSelect again!

Oven element was burned out.
First I removed the two screws that hold the element in place. I then pulled the element out about 3 inches and disconnected the two wires attached to the element, reattached to new element and replaced screws. This was very easy, I was glad I did not call the repairman.

Burned out baking element
Removed old coil by unscrewing the element and unplugging it from the wires, adjusted the terminal slightly and plugged in the wire from the new element.

It was a very simple process and would have taken me less time if I wasn't so old and couldn't bend easily!

Repair went fine as I read on how to do it and it worked fine. Hardest part was hitting the hole for the screws.

It would've been so much easier if replacement instructions were included. Replacement screws would've been nice also
