Both outside door handles turned very beige
Everything worked perfectly---thanks to the suggestion of your call center agent. She suggested that since the replacement door handles were no longer available, I should consider repainting them--it worked like a charm. Please tell her she was a life saver. We rent that house in Fl and my returning tenants had complained about the discoloring refer handles. Thank you

Not heating up properly
Installed a new thermostat and noticed the convection heating element wire had burned in two. Ordered new element and installed. Oven is currently working properly again.

broken meat probe
My story isn't so much about the repair but the fine service from part select. My 1st order was lost at delivery at our house. Part select quickly corrected the mishap with no issues. This kind of service is much appreciated.

The oven shipped without a temperature probe.
Unwrapped the package, plugged the probe into the oven, stuck the other end into the chicken.

Grate was broken

broken grill over a burner
For any Ukrainian replace this grid there is not any problem, it is very simple and easy. but for the company that produces these boards, I would like to give advice :::: make them stronger, they just are very fragile and break under heavy dishes. Broil element was shorted out and not working.
Removed four screws lowered element down and removed four wires being very careful, wires can slip back into the hole. Pull wires out of hole. Reattach new element and screw back in place.

replace thermo fuse
turned breaker switch off. unscrewed the oven from the cabinet. lifted the oven out of the cabinet (heavy & awkward, needed an extra pair of hands). removed back panel. replaced fuse. reassembled everything. this is the second time i've had to replace the thermo fuse (oven blows the fuse when set to clean). first time i replaced the fuse it took about two hours. second time it about an hour.

element went bad would not heat
Removed screws that hold element remove wires from old element replace with new one replace screws turn power back on at breaker box done.PS make a steak done.

worn out hinges
Tried reusing old door hinges after removing door to access temp sensor and broke the oven glass twice.with new hinges , new glass went in easily.

I had a power serge and it burned the Plug at the termial block and melted a few wire.
After we got the part in the mail my husband put it on and shortened the wires and put new plugs on the ends of the wires and we had to get a new plug put it on and it was fixed.

When removing the warming drawer I did not read the instructions and broke the slide for the drawer. I removed the drawer without pressing the tabs which broke the right slide.
I removed the broken slide by removing 1 screw on the front slide and the back of the slide came out of the slot in the very back (no screws). I fitted the back of the slide into the slot and then replaced the screw on the front of slide. Extended the slides then I pressed the tabs on the drawer and replaced in onto the slides (left and right) . Closed drawer and finished! Very easy!

Not Heating
Removed wall oven from wall. Removed back cover. Unscrewed thermastat and removed old thermastat. Screwed in new thermastat and put back together.
