The original heating element was broken.
The new element arrived in just 2 days with normal postage. I followed the simple instructions and was cooking 15 minutes later. It couldn't have been easier. Thanks.

Oven heating element burned out
I was very pleased with all the follow up from the time of order until the arrival of the heating element. I have never had the personal communication as I did with your company. The part was ordered on Dec. 26th and arrived on Dec. 29th. Due to the holiday schedule, I did not expect arrival until weeks end. My neighbor installed the heating unit for me and it is doing just fine.

Thank you for the excellent service.

heating element split
I was able to slide the stove out from the wall, so it was easier to remove the back cover and disconnect the wiring in back rather than trying to reach into the oven. Then all I had to do was put in the new coil, reconnect the wires and slide the stove back into place.

The oven would not work due to a hole in the lower bake element
Firstly a big thanks to Parts Select.com I order the part on a Monday and it was delivered on the Wednesday of the same week!

Firstly I pulled the stove out of the space between the counter tops. Next I unplugged the stove. I opened the oven door unscrewed the two screws holding the element onto the back of the oven. Next I unscrewed the two screws that fastened the wires onto the two ends of the element. The element was then able to be removed from the oven. I then fitted the new element by repeating the same procedures to take the element out. The whole process took me less than 15 minutes.

Baking element burned out.
I am a CPA and not real handy at all. But I was able to remove the old element and install the new element in less then 15 minutes. It burned out on Saturday, I ordered new one FED-ex to speed up- received new one, on Tuesday. Very quick, and this was last week, the week prior to Thanksgiving- so my wife really needed our oven. Perfect fit. And I am not related to this company in any way, nor was I paid anything to say this, just happy this worked- or we'd be spending a lot more money.

Bottom oven burner burned out (clear separation in element)
Removed 2 screws that hold the element in place. I then pulled the element out 3-4 inches and noticed 3 wires attached. (had expected 2). Disconeccted the 3 wires and renoved old element.. Reversed process with new element, and reattached wires as I found them. Inserted element and inserted holding screws for new element. Ran through self-cleaning cycle. Works great. A written warning about the wires in the box would have been comforting.

Oven Element would not heat up
I first turn off the 220 power braker to the electric stove. Making sure the stove and element is very cool.

I then removed the two screws that hold the lower baking element in place. Pull gently on the element not to break the wires from the wall of the stove (about 3 to 4 inches).

I than unscrewed the right and left wire attached to the element with the nut driver. (This old element was attached with small nut screws. The new one has screws that use a screw driver). Keeping the wires apart, I removed the old element and replace it with the new element part.

In replacing the new element, facing the stove I connected the black wires to the left side (my left hand) and the white wire to the right side (my right hand) with the new screws using a screw driver. REMEMBER TO REPLACE THE WIRES BACK THE WAY THEY CAME OFF WHEN THE STOVE WAS WORKING PROPERTLY. Attach the element back to the stove and turn the breaker on. Easy to do job.

The baking element burned out.
I had a friend of mine who came to my home equipped with screwdrivers and flashlight. After turning off the electricity at the fuse box he removed the oven door (for easier access),removed the screws, pulled out the existing element far enough to disconnect the wires, placed the new one into place, connected the wires, screwed the new one into place
turned the power back on, turned on the oven and after about 15 seconds, the element began to turn from a dark gray to a light color beginning to turn orange.
