Needed part for stove, so I could list and sell the house.
I needed two parts for the Jenn-Air stove that was in a house I was trying to get ready to sell. I didn't realize I needed the parts until the day before the house was to be listed. So, I was able to order from Parts Select and have the parts shipped overnight for an extra fee. They arrived the next morning. After opening the box, I realized the wrong color had been shipped. I called and the service I received was just awesome. The overnight shipping was refunded. And the right part was shipped out at no extra charge. I was told to keep the first part that had been shipped as well. The new part arrived the next day. Thumbs up for Parts Select! They are my new go-to-guy!

Paint peeling from strip
removed 3 screws holding the strip and replaced with new strip

Gas oven interment lighting. Pan was cracked and out of shape.
Loosen top two rear screws from the top pan. Remove top pan
Remove 2 front screws from bottom pan. Remove bottom pan. Reverse order.
Replace both pans.
Remove 2 front screws from bottom pan. Remove bottom pan. Reverse order.
Replace both pans.

last oven bottom was ruined by melted and burnt plastic
took out old oven bottom by removing 2 screws, placed the new oven bottom in place put the screws back in and was done.

Grill cover was getting old and discolored

heating element was cracked
I took out the old heating element and pluged in the new one. Very simple. Just like putting a plug into an electrical outlet

Cartridge was old and worn out.
Pulled out the old one, pluged in the new one. It took me longer to open the box! PartSelect made it so easy to order and the shipping was super fast and at low cost. I looked on ebay and saw people paying more (with shipping and handling) for used parts. Thank you PartSelect!

I think Part Select is great, but my story? I just plugged in a module.
It was so easy...well...a technical writer--one of those people who writes operation manuals--could have done it. But afterward, they wouldn't have been able to explain to anyone other than another tech writer how it was done.

jenn-air coil element was old (1983) just needed to be replasted
took the old one out ,poped the new one in, took 2 minutes

One of the burners in one of the glass ceramic cooktops stopped working.
I first thought it was the switch. I ordered one and the wrong one was shipped to me FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. After more trouble shooting I discovered it was the cartridge that needed to be replaces. I ordered one and again, the wrong one was shipped to me. They told me I could not get the right part because they were not made anymore.
So, I shipped it back and got in touch with Part Select. They found the right part and shipped it to me in 2 days. Problem fixed with the EXACT right part. I ordered the first part more than two months prior to receiving the correct part from PartSelect. All I had to do was plug it in to the recepticle in the stove. No tools required.

Replace grill with burners
Lifted the grill out and slid the new burner unit in place. This was very easy; no problem at all.

Replacement of worn out burner cartridges
Pulled out old cartridges and installed new. Very easy and they work perfectly.
