Replacement of digital window in oven unit
I did not do the repair myself, however, I contacted a suggested service company which in turn was a company I had used before when I had problems with my JenAir microwave. Excellent service, prompt and very professional. Thank you JenAir for your assistance in providing promptly the parts needed to complete this job.

My wife was complaining of a loud grinding noise.
I replaced the brushes. I didn't realize that I've put one of them wrong. Reminder for next time the brushes have to touch the rotor of the motor. It took me a little bit to understand but the brushes can go in and not touch the rotor. It works very quietly now. Thank you PartSelect for your infos and knowledge.

Broken worm gear
Knob fell out of the front of the mixer into the bowl and jammed the beater. This caused the motor to strip the plastic worm gear. Open unit to investigate and found about 4 teeth missing out of the worm gear. Ordered a replacement. Installed the new gear once received in about 30 minutes. Wife is now happy again. Just need to make sure you pack enough gease into the new gear before reassembling the unit.

machine not running-broken worm gear?
After I dropped a part of the shield into my mixer the motor screamed and I unplugged the mixer. I found out I had a broken worm gear. I then order the part and per the helpful video I did the repair and I also changed the brushes my mixer is up and running waiting for the holiday baking season thanks to Part select.com Very easy Instructions to follow I am very happy with the results. Thumb screw
the plastic covering the thumb screw cracked almost half way and lost the piece....so the new one is being used to replace this old one...very easy to install

Plastic worm gear stripped
The plastic worm gear was stripped,I took it apart first then cleaned out all the old grease so when the new part came it together like a charm.
