I called the repair/parts number to make sure I had correct parts and the young lady instructed me as to the size of the serving tray; within 48 hours we had the VERY carefully wrapped carton opened and back in the microwave, working perfectly. Thank you. We'll recommend you to our friends!

Extremely easy. Was very impressed with the ease of ordering the part and speed with which it was delivered. All I had to do was remove old screws and from oven and replace vent grill with screwdriver. Thanks PartSelect.

I ordered bulb, which was stuck in socket. Order a new bulb amd socket, now is working fine thank you for your help and having the part we needed, it was delivered in a couple of day and now is working

1. Safely unplug the dryer. 2. Unconnect the vent hose. 3. Pull it out so you can have room to move around to work on it. I actually in a power chair so I put an old blanket on the floor and laid it face down to work on it. It was extremely dirty so I used a shop vac to clean off the back panel before starting. 4. I took off all the screws and cord cover with a nut driver, used the shop vac again to clean the entire inside. Properly a 1/2 to 1 inch of dust and lint was built up causing a dangerous fire situation for sure. Once clean, take a photos especially of where the electrical connection are. 5 Located and removed the two screws holding the element on, used a nut driver and long nose pliers to remove the heat sensor & electrical connections. 6. Dry fit the element before tightening screws to make sure placement is correct then match the holes replace the screws. 7. Using the photos put the heat sensor & electrial wires back on, you may need to use the pliers to push it on tight. Double check everything, clean back panel inside and out, match up holes replace screws, I actually checked my power cords screws for tightness then replaced cord cover. 8. Replace vent hose if needed or then reattach it and plug it up. You may need to check the dryer barrel by turning the drum around a few times. Should work perfect, you will smell the element a little but it should be ok. Remember clean your dryer inside and out every six months or so to prevent dryer fires.

I had to hammer out the broken star wrench tip then progressively drill the head off of the bolt. Once accomplished I could remove the door. I used a standard replacement screw I case I ever have to replace the door again. The manufacturer should use a fastener other than a star head bolt.

Removed all the screws from the underside panel - approximately 9 or 10 of them. The panel easily dropped down to allow easy access to the light bulb socket assembly. The wires to the socket easily unplugged and old socket easily removed. New socket slipped right in and wires easily plugged in. Actually took longer to put the screws back in than anything else. I am thrilled with this repair. Note: so easy even a 61 year old single woman in her PJ's can do it.

Attached bracket to wall with screws and hung microwave oven. Very easy project.

Watched video which reminded me to order support for the turntable support ring and did exactly what the person in the video did. Excellent and prompt service and all parts fit.

After researching online, I found that I needed the turntable drive coupling, part#PS993087. when I went to your site it showed the same part but the part number had changed but said it would fit my microwave. Well, I was really surprised and happy when the part I received 3 days after I placed the order, with normal shipping,fit perfectly and now my turn table in my microwave works. I have marked this site a a favorite and will use it I'm sure soon. Being a single women and having to figure out how to fix the things on a small buget, I'm learning a lot and have a lot of respect for men that know how to do all the repair stuff. I had no problem installing the new filter. Just used a phillips screw driver to remove the two screws holding the vent cover in place. Cleaned the dust out of the ducts and reinstalled the new filter. The screws must be held to the screw driver with your finger tips so you don't drop them in the vent cover. The most difficulty I had was in clearing the clean code from the screen. There are no instructions in the owners manual for doing this. But after several tries I got it.

Thanks to the instruction video the repair was done right and extremely fast and easy.
