Our handle broke off completely
The handle worked great, the only thing was that it didn't come with the screw for the handle and I thought it would. The part description was very vague. So we have the bottom part of the handle super-glued and found a scrap screw that we could use for the top. At least it was better than no handle.
Thanks much,
Cheri Morena

The bulbs burned out, the glass lens cracked and the light socket broke when trying to remove the bulb
Replaced the sockets, lens and bulbs. The first time the new bulb was touching the lens and the heat broke the lens and burnt out the bulb. The second time I adjusted the socket so that the bulb does not touch the lens.
Impressed by how quickly the parts arrived after the order was submitted. Two days.
Thank you.

Broken door handle
I looked at what others ahd said about the repair and just followed their instructions. Just took off the top screw of the handle, used a butter knife to pry off the plastic cover around the inside door and took off the bottom screw of the handle. Put the new handle on and put the screws back and pushed the door frame back in. Very easy to do and took very little time.

Cheap plastic handle on microwave broke again
Open the microwave door. Remove the exposed screw in the top left hand corner. Using a knife, pop off the plastic moulding that surrounds the glass out to expose the screw in the bottom left hand corner of the door. Remove that screw. (note they are two different types and lengths). Attache the handle and screw in the top screw, then the bottom screw. Re-attache the moulding around the glass. Close the door and reopen with new handle.

Right hand surface lamp burned out. It apparently fald up and broke the glass cover. I wne on line when I found out the only local deaaler was some miles away and more expensive.
Simple. The parts came instantly. The glass was too big so I had it cut to size. I unscrewed the fixture with a screw driver replaced the bulb and slipped the glass cover into the frame and screwed the whole assembly in.

handle broke at attachment point
the top screw is plainly visible, the bottom screw is not and may give pause. If you remove the plastic ring, on the interior face of the door, it will give access to the bottom screw for the handle. While you have the handle off, remove the backing plate for the handle, on the front of the door by pulling outward, gently until it pops off. Then you can slide the front glass panel out and clean it. {CAUTION: do not spray any cleaner on the exposed glass with the mesh on it, it will be impossible to remove any liquid and will cause fogging when you replace the outer glass panel}. Replace clean glass panel, and handle backing plate, make sure it snaps in fully so the screw holes line up properly. Screw on new handle, replace plastic ring and you are back in business.
