Very easy repair... The video was really helpful too. I was able to find a different video that was closer to our model. (Front Loader HE) It probably took me a little longer than needed but I took the time to shop-vac everywhere I could, since it was all easy to get to. I opted for next day shipping so the shipping charges were more than the part. Tools I used were: Cordless drill-screw driver, 1/4in. socket, Phillips head bit and needle nose pliers for the control panel connections. Thank you again for making this so easy. Saved us a lot money by not calling an appliance repair tech.

Turn off electric to unit.
Remove lint trap.
Remove lower cover below dryer door. 1 grey clip on either side. Bend upper portion of the clip down while pulling forward on panel.
Remove 4 1/4 inch bolts that hold blower duct to fan.
Push pulley upward while removing belt.
Use a small angled pick to remove pulley lock ring.
Install new washer and pulley. I added grease to pulley shaft.
Hope this helped. Good luck

The plastic part on the door catch was broken
I removed the metal piece which held the plastic "catch". There were no screws, squeeze to remove it. Then inserted the plastic part and re-inserted the metal part into the dryer door. Very simple. But even more pleasing was the easy ordering and the quick delivery of the part! Thank you so much!

Dryer was making bad noises like a bearing was going out, then it got worse and sounded really loud, so I couldn't even run it.
Followed the instructions found online. Only thing I would add is that the clips are easier to work with if you warm them up a little before you try to install them.

replace idler pully
first of all there is no video for this model dryer (cabrio accu-dry) the main difference is that the console is removed by removing 3 screws across the back top of console then using putty knife release spring fastener on each side ,slide forward and lift. remove one screw at top of control board and remove from plastic mount, and unplug connecting wires.remove top of cabinet lifting up and forward. The rest of install is typical to other models. The back panel doesn't come off this model. You have to access everything from the front.

7 year old whirlpool duet works but no heat
First I unpluged the dryer from the electical power. I removed the 2 screws holding the bottom front panel. Then I saved a bit of time and effort. Instead of removing the bracket and pulling the whole unit out, I bent the metal plate in front of the heating element toward me. I unpluged the 2 wires from the plastic casing and removed the screw holding the heating element in place. Next I pulled out the old part and pluged in the new one then connected it in reverse order and bent the plate back up to protect the element. This was a very easy and inexpensive way to fix the dryer like new again. The hardest part was vacuuming and cleaning the bottom of the dryer. There was seven years of lint build up under there.

Dryer running cold
As per directions (videos) I found on PartSelect; 1st removed the bottom panel, then removed the housing (2 screws) covering the fan/lint trap area. Pulled the wires (2) from the heating element and removed three screws, 1 on the side of the housing immediately behind the heating element terminals, and 2 screws holding the stamped steel riser in place. I didn't have to remove the entire heater housing, but rather wiggled the heating element out slowly. For that I used a pair of pliers to grip the element and a gloved hand to hold the housing steady while I pulled one side then the other. I spent some time vacuuming out all the dust while I was in there. Replacing the element was a little easier, it slid in with firm hand pressure. Then just a matter of reversing the steps above. Wife was happy and once again, I am a hero.
