Timer knob cracked and dryer wouldn't start
Doesn't get any easier. Lined up the D shape on dryer and timer knob and just popped it in. Working great. I wanted to comment on the super fast shipping. I have never had anything ordered and delivered to my home so fast. It took less than 24 hours to get to my door from the time I ordered it and we chose just the regular ground shipping. Amazing!

loud squeak coming from dryer
remove front and top cannover's from dryer.remove plastic inside bearing housing and plastic bearing slides replace worn out bearing slides with new ones. needed 4 bearings direction suggested only two....

DRYER won't come on.
1st I suspected it's just the timer knob so I ordered the knob. Soon as I was installing the knob it was too loose, when I inspected the timer stem it was also broke. So I ordered a timer. Soon as the timer arrived, I installed the timer and tested the dryer then it came on.

Remove steel insert and install new knob.

Knob would not turn and dryer would not start
Take off the broken knob and snap on the new one. Take's less than 2 minutes. You make need a pair of needle nose pliers.

Cracked timer knob
I had found out that reason the timer knob cracked was because the timer switch was turning very tight and caused the knob to crack and realized that dryer also needed a timer switched witch I also ordered from you. I really like how very helpful parts select is with the instructions you send along with the parts I ordered witch will save alot of time. Thanks For your help Ezequiel Escamilla

Dryer would not start
We thought the timer was out on the dryer so I was looking for a new timer when I came across a video on your site about replacing a broken timer knob, so I decided to check the knob first and sure enough it was cracked. This video saved me a lot of time and money. Shipment was quick. Thanks.

Dryer timer knob had cracked and when turning the knob it would not rotate to setting desired
I went online and ordered the part number WE1M654 and it came within 2 days and just pulled the old knob off and inserted the new knob and it worked.

Handle spins on switch shaft
Took new knob out of bag,slid new knob on. Worked great

unable to set the dryer timer
I matched the flat part of the knob to the dryer part and pushed into place.

No problem at all.
I did as the video instruction showed me. I used the pliers and with one pull the metal piece came off and I just put the new knob on it did not take a minute.It was so easy. I am so happy to know that I can get my parts at a great price and do it myself. I have a service plan through my electric company that I pay a fee monthly and if I need services for any appliances there is an additional $25.00 for services and that does not include the part needed to fix my dryer. I ordered my own part with shipping and handling and it still came out less than $25 with no additional fee. I am very satisfied that I now can order parts and do it myself. Thank you PartSelet.

Timer knob had cracked
Ordered new timer knob on a Monday morning and Tuesday morning I received it! Very fast service!! I just had to place the new timer knob into its place by pushing it on with my hand.
