This is the 2nd replacement timer knob
So simple....just put it on! Sure beats paying a $65 service charge (which we did the 1st time). Have a feeling that I'll be ordering another one.

Original terminal grounding block melted for unknown reason.
Unscrewed the old, screwed in the new making sure wires matched up same as before. Reset my breaker and works like new again.

Timer knob and shaft had stripped
Replaced switch by taking out top 3 screws in back of control panel. Hold new switch in one hand and took out wire(female discount) one by one as they matched old switch. Put back in holding slot, screwed back together, DONE. If I had someone help it wouldn't have taken 10 minutes

When moving the dryer there was a loud pop and the dryer circuit breaker tripped.
When the dryer was installed last year by the dealer, one of the hot leads was not screwed down tightly. Over time the screw loosened and began to arc causing the plastic holding the screw to melt. When I moved the dryer the hot lead fell off and hit the terminal block cover shorting out the dryer. I was able to locate the exact terminal block I needed with their helpful dryer section diagrams. The part came in the time they said. I took off the old terminal block with just 2 attached screws. i kept track of which screws held the hot and neutral conductors and the ground before I removed them. I was then able to slide on the dryer wires and attached the home conductors. I put on the cover plate, turned on the circuit breaker and it worked.

timer knob would not work - it just spun around - wouldn't catch
watched video on your site - pulled knob firmly straight off - pulled off small metal piece that remained on plastic dryer knob - pushed on new knob -!!!

The knob cracked and a piece broke off.
Pulled a little piece off dryer and replaced it with a new dryer knob. Very easy and quick.

dryer knob broke
Just put it on, but this is the second time I've had to replace this knob in 3 yrs.

Knob to set timer wouldn't advance
Removed old knob, took a pair of needle nose plyers to remove wire band that was left behind from original knob. Slipped on new knob and voila! Easy fix! Now I need to replace rotary start switch.

All I had to do was snap it on and was ready to go. How easy was that. Would order any other parts again.

Making noise while drum was turning.
Removed 2 screws to remove top. Removed 2 other screws to remove front. Removed old parts. Installed new parts. Reassemble all afetr cleaning duct work out.

knob was broke inside its self.
removed old knob, cleaned surface under knob, sprayed metal knob on dryer with wd-40, put new knob on. useing the wd-40 makes the knob turn a lot easyer.
