Heat deflecter coated with plastic from drying plastic table cloth.
Advice from others with same problem on your web site was very helpful. I removed one of the three torx screws holding the deflecter, Used 2.5 star-drive screw diver bit and cordless drill/driver. Replaced 2 of three torx screws holding the deflecter with the headless brass screws, Using vice grip to tighten. Removed third torx screw and removed old deflector. Used shop vac to clean behind it. Installed new deflector, sliding it over the 2 headless screws, then installing one of the torx screws, then replacing the brass screws with original torx screws, one at a time.

The lent filter was worn out, the screen was ripped and torn from west.
Very simple and easy it took no more than 10 seconds if that long. Remove the worn out screen (pull up and out), replace it with the new screen( slide it into the area where the old screen was removed. (No tools needed)

My dishwasher would not start.
I unscrewed the inside of the dishwasher door and clearly saw the old interlock switch. This dishwasher has two, but it was obvious that one switch worked and one didn't (one switched was permanently pressed in). I removed the old interlock switch. It was tricky to pull out and I felt like I was going to break it but after watching youtube videos, I was pretty sure you just have to pull hard. I easily put the new switch in, reattached the dishwasher door, and it works perfectly!

The Lint filter in the dryer was damaged from continuous use.
I just popped in the new Filter and it fit perfectly. This will prolong the dryer use, looks like new.

Dishwasher would not start
Removed panel to access the interlock switches. There were two. The button on one switch was fine and the button on the other would not depress. Ran a continuity test and it failed. The switch also had a burnt smell

Dryer stopped mid-load and was then "dead"
Replaced hi-limit thermostat, which acts like a heat-triggered fuse. Youtube videos show how to do this by removing the drum, but I was able to get to the device from above (with drum in place) after removing the top panel per the regular instructions. I then loosening a cover plate that was over the rear of the drum area. This approach was not easy because there's not much room to work, but (1) I used a small ratchet nut driver and (2) I did not fully remove the one screw that secures the thermostat. Note that the other two thermostats cannot be reached this way. Use the service instructions tucked in the rear control panel area to run thermostat tests after restoring operation. To enter the field test mode be aware that you must do the test activation steps in quick succession for it to work (this is not indicated on the instructions).

Dryer drum started making a grinding noise and started to smell like something was burning
Took the front panel off. 2 screws on top of the front panel when you open the door, 2 right next to the door opening. Next gently pry up the top panel in the front of the dryer to remove 2 black screws in the front corners. Now the front panel can gently be pulled back and then lift up and the frpnt panel can be put to side. Now you have acces to remove and replace the drum bearing glides. They just clip in. Also a good time to inspect the belt and clean out the dryer.
