Rope break on the door balance system
Pulled the dishwasher out of the cabinet, set the rope with the plastic ends on the spring and lever for the door and pulled the spring into it's holder and returned the washer into the cabinet. I ordered the part on the 27 in the morning and it got here on the 28th in the afternoon. Local part store wanted $40.00 for the same kit and I got it from you at less than 25.00. I also got to skip the service fee which would probably be about 65 dollars.

door squeeking right after waranty expired
This kit repaired the loud squeeking immediately. Worth the money because with this kit both wheels turn, so that the loud squeeking door noise wont come back. Dont waste money on the OEM kit.

With qrantz counter top needed to secure dishwasher to side not top of cabinet opening.
Solution was very simple with the side mounting bracket kit, the only problem was somehow one of the brackets was damaged out of the box . There's a slight off-set on the bracket to allow it to fit properly next to the dishwasher but this one had been flatten out. Had to have happened before going into the shipping box because they were very well protected with bubblewrap. Also, brackets are fairly heavy gage metal so it would have taken some amount of force to do this. Fortunately I was was able to bend it back into a useable shape. It wasn't perfect to look at but because it's mounted behind the side of the dishwasher it didn't matter as long as it worked.

The cord broke on the link.
I put the spring back in place, attached the cord/link, then it took two of us to attach the other end of the link. It took a lot of pull to attach the second end of the link, however very simple to accopmlish.

Broken link on one side of door
easy fix, well worth the time...figure I saved $200-300 by doing it myself....make sure you route the cord between the roller and the little guide finger...easy to miss and creat a friction point that will cut the cord more quickly....

Dishwaser door spring link broke.
Ordered the parts online and had them at the house 3 days later. Pulled the dishwasher out and restrung the link/cord through the pulleys and then connected to the spring and then the spring to the back of the dishwasher.
Literally done in under 5 min if that. Very very easy. You can look at the other side to see how the cord goes through the pulleys.

Piece of Plastic Junk Broke On The Dishwasher Door
Hey, I just want to say thanks for having the parts. The repair was so simple my husband (he never fixes things) did it before I even walked into the room. Sure beats calling a repair guy and paying the $75-$100 minimum. He just unscrewed the dishwasher from the counter, looked at the other side to find out where to attach the part to the spring, and did it.
Again, thanks for having the parts.

Door had no tension
The hardest part of the repair was removing and installing the dishwasher from under the countertop. Once it was out the cable link on the left side (looking from the front) was broken. You'll need visegrips to pull the spring to the cable end (which is really nylon rope). I replaced both sides because they were inexpensive and I noticed they were made different than the old ones. Piece of cake once the dishwasher was out.

Easy repair
It took more time to take the two screws holding the top of the dishwasher in and to roll it out than it took to fix the door cable link.
Easy job for anyone who can use a screw driver and a pair of pliers

Cord that connects the counter balance spring broke
I used a screwdriver to remove the bottom panel and pulled out the appliance. Tools were not required for the rest of the repair. The left side was not broken so I just duplicated the arrangement with the new parts on the right. Hook the spring to the back of the chassis. Hook one end of the link cord onto the door and lace it through the pulley and guide. Pull the spring with one hand and hook the other end of the link cord onto the spring with the other. Push the appliance back in and replace the bottom panel. Done in 10 minutes.
