broken upper dishwasher rack wheels
First had to find star screw driver, removed stops to pull rack out of dishwasher; removed screws holding the part on the rack. Figured out how the lever worked that adjusted the rack and put it back together. Hard parts: find star screwdriver; put part on with the lever working to adjust the height of the rack. Wonderful service from your company; diagrams on line perfect; I am not that handy!. Patty, pharmacist.

wheel broke off of side rack adjuster
I called a local repair service company, they came out said that they couldn't repair the problem because they couldn't get the part!
I found your web site ordered the part, it came in 2 days, the same day I installed both rack adjusters in 30 minutes!
The service person was a man and I am a woman so that made me feel even better!
Thank you so much!
Sincerely,
Evelyn

Dishwasher would not turn on
Shut off the electricity to the dishwasher. I removed all 11 screws from the door panel. After separating the 2 door panels, I removed the 2 door switches from the door handle ( I used a flat head screw driver to help get them out). Then I unplugged the 2 switches and plugged in the new ones. I replaced the door switches into the door handle ( this was not an exact fit because the new switches is slightly larger than the old ones). I put the new switches in place as tight as I could in the handle. I screwed the 2 screws holding the handle first to secure it before I put all the other screws in the door panel. I turned the electricity to the dishwasher back on. Our dishwasher has been working perfect ever since then and it is over 10 years old.

Upper rack wheel broken
Four screws were removed and new parts were installed. The only problem was that two types of rack adjusters exist. If your dishwasher does not have a lever, part number PS2100470, then the new rack adjuster either left or right side will not work without part numbers PS2100470(lever) and PS2100308(cover). Be sure to order parts for both sides since the original plastic wheel supports have been replaced with steel.

Install stainlees steel front on Dishwasher.
Remove screws holding the existing white panel. Once that panel was loose, there are several screws internally that have to be taken out in order to fully remove the panel. The new panel is then installed by putting it in place and reinserting the screws. It is an easy"fix" to change the DW to match other stainless steel appliances. You do need to be careful to make sure the door springs stay attached.

Latch Asembly Broke, Door wouldn't close properly
The door wouldn't close and it thought it the sensor was constantly open so it would turn on even if the door was wide open. Took the 10 or so torx screws off and removed the cover. Lifted the old assembly out and had to use pliers to get the wires detached from the door sensors. Attached the sensors to the new assembly, replaced the cover and screws and that was it. very easy fix.

Broken Rack Roller
One of the rollers broke on the middle rack of my 3 rack Quiet Series Maytag. There were 4 or 5 screws to remove (T15 Torx) to replace the rack adjuster assembly. The whole job took less than 10 minutes.

Cups and glasses on upper rack were not getting clean.
Docking station just pops out, you grab the right side and pop it off. Replace by placing the left side in place and then push the right side until it snaps in place. VERY easy.
The gaskets were worn out and that was allowing a lot of water to escape, not enough pressure to clean the dishes.

Jet Dry would leak out of the reservoir tank.
Not much to report on this repair. I removed and discarded the old rinse aid knob, and replaced it with a new one.

Dishes were not getting clean on the top rack.
The old docking station seals were getting very soft. To put a band aid on the wound until the new docking station got here I put a sleve on the washer bar feeder tube. This made an improvement. The docking station was removed using a screw driver to unsnap the station. Then all I had to do was snap the new one in. Be care ful not to pull on the piece the docking station is snapped on to. There are metal clips behind there that hold that water delivery tube on to the back of the dishwasher. Those clips are twisted on and can be striped off easily by pulling strait towards you. If that happens you must secure the clips using self tapping screws and a water proof sealent.
