Lid Spring
Performed repair as to Video shown in receipt after purchase of spring plus we used a friend who has same dishwasher and has performed the same repair recently, video was easier to follow though. All you do is push off lid with a screwdriver and pop off as per instructions on video then unlatch spring from ledge and pull off post, then just reinsert new spring in reverse order or follow video instructions either way is easy and takes about 15-20 minutes to install

Top of the Soap Cap Latch was broken
The top of the latch was broken on I had to push the plunger back through the mounting to get it out. ai had to pull the whole assembly apart to get the locking nut out. i remove the latch assy and took about 10 minutes to figure out how to put it back together. Changing it with the help of the video wasn't hard but confusing at times. Thanks for the video.

Top dish rack detached from roller
Removed the rack end stop by pressing the clip together using hand; removed the broken roller and rack support clip by snapping away from the rack. It was literally a snap to remove and replace. Very easy to do, my 12 year son could easily replace the roller assembly.

Not draining completely
Unplug dishwasher from electrical, water supply and drain hose. Pull dishwasher out from under cabinet. Unscrew water whirler from inside washer, then remove motor. Remove black boot from motor. Unscrew keeper from impellor housing. And you are there! Pull impellor off motor shaft. Replace seal first, then replace impellor. So easy this girl did it. But, this girl also does small engine repair!

Heating element would not heat
I watched the video, read all the post, they all said change the heater. So I did. Only there is a little fuse at the back of the unit that also goes bad and that was my issue. Have it ordered and will be going soon. That said, Part Select made finding and getting my parts a breeze!

A gift portable dishwasher did not have the faucet adapter.
Found the adapter on Parts select through a google search. Unscrewed the existing faucet aerator and srewed in the adapter. The plastic shrink wrap holds the washer and screen in place, so don't open it until you're ready to install. Finger snug does it, only use the pliers to remover the old aerator from the faucet. Normally, I don't use pliers, but both of these parts were round and had vertical serrations to engare the plier teeth.

The part had broken, causing the upper rack to droop.
The repair was so easy it was ridiculous...simply removed the end cap on the front of the roller assembly, took old one out, added new one and then put the end cap back on! Done in about 2 minutes!
