leaking bottom door gasket
Used pliers to pull out the old gasket. New gasket snapped into place. Notice where notches in the gasket are when the old one is removed, so the new one can be properly oriented. It was not necessary to remove the door.

Dishwasher was leaking at the front, just below the door
I measured the length of the gasket, using the old one to measure the length. Cut it to that length and installed it. VERY SIMPLE TO DO! But it didn't stop my leak--turns out there was a small leak in the bottom of the tub that was easily fixed with some silicone. The dishwasher's like new now!

Most of the pieces that separate the dishes has rusted and broken off.
I simply had to take the replacement rack out of the box and put it in the dishwasher. I was sent exactly the right part, as ordered, and had no difficulties at all.

3 of the bottom rollers fell of and got melted; and the 2 yr. old grand baby sood on the door when it was down and broke the left spring so when you opened the door it just crashed down!
Took out the 2 set screws in the counter that held the dishwasher in place; pulled it out and found the broken spring; replaced both springs. Pushed the washer back in place reset the screws. Then snaped on the 3 rack wheels and was done! Now, all I have to do is to keep the grand babay from helping too much!

broken door spring
Following instructions from those that preceded me, I ordered two springs. I removed the foot plate and was able to get at the springs and replaced both the broken and the unbroken springs. Cleaned up under the unit and replaced the foot plate. Job done. Amazing!
On my model it was not necessary to pull the unit out from the wall or disconnect plumbing or drain as instructed in the video. I just unplugged it from the outlet under the sink. Our house and unit is 20 years old.
