The gasket listed on your website is to thick. So after installation the door would close. I put the old gasket back in the door closed. However, the dishwasher still leaks soap after a cycle..
As stated above the repair did not go well because the gasket was too wide and the door would close. Suggest you talk with Whirlpool about the part they sold you for my model of dishwasher.

Upper rack support: The wheel that rolls in the track had broken
The hardest part was squeezing the tab at the end of the track to pull it up and out so that the old wheel part could be slid out and the new one in. Fortunately, the track is open on the side facing the interior of the dishwasher so you can see what you're doing. Once that was done, it was simple to snap the new part into place, slide the wheel into the track, and replace the tab at the end.

Tipped over washer, removed attachment bolts, installed new pump by clamping water hoses. Be sure to use proper crimping pliers, not the generic slip joint pliers. Replacement pump included required new clamps.

Heating element went out, dishwasher wouldn't work
I checked the manual to determine the code meaning for 7 blinks, it was heating issue. I ordered the part from Partselect.com. When the part came in, I googled the internet for "How to replace a dishwasher heating element". There were several options, I chose one that was a video showing a handyman go through each step. I followed the steps, with no problems, and WA-LA! Felt good (as the wife of the house) to do it myself!

Upper dishrack right side support broken
1. Moved dishrack and tracks outward then moved just the dish rack only in. 2. Using screw driver, pushed plastic tongue on end cap at track and lifted off the end cap. Repeated procedure on second track on opposite side of dish rack. 3. With end caps removed, pull dish rack out and place on table. 4. Examine each track and remove any pieces of broken wheel mounts. 5. Install new wheel mount on opposite side of dish rack from good wheel mounts. 6. Slide dish rack back in place with all four wheel mounts inserted in the two tracks. 7. Reinstall the end caps on the tracks and the fix is done.
