Watched a video and read through written directions.
Did not need to pull out the dishwasher from the cabinet.

The kit didn't come with instructions, so I found the following YouTube video

Watch video and followed instructions. Very easy!

Laid all the parts out after removing the old adjusting units off of the top rack. I figured out how the new parts went together and attached them to the rack and replaced the rack in the dishwasher. The instructions that came with the new adjuster kit were not much help they were hard to understand and the pictures weren’t very good easier to figure it out on my own. Hope this helps

Parts came with instructions however I just searched the part #on you tube and found a video of someone doing the repair. That made it super easy. Took me only about 20 min for the whole job and I am not a very “handy” guy. So glad I didn’t pay someone to come out to do this. Easy repair! In a nutshell you completely remove the old housing and wheel structure and replace it all with the new parts so when taking off the old parts don’t worry about breaking them.

Follow instructions that I found on utube. Easy repair if you take your time and follow the instructions.

I use the led indicator function to see what was the diagnostic and it says it was de circulating pump. The bad thing is you have to purchase the whole assembly they don't sell only the pump.

Then when I installed the pump it wasn't working. I had to reset the dishwasher with a sequence of the keys that you can find in the repair manual on internet. And after that started to working.

Maybe, because I am not technician it took me more than 2 hours.

I removed the door front, unclipped the PC board cover and removed the thermal fuse from its housing. I did not splice the wires per the enclosed diagram that came with the part but unclipped the fuse from the connectors and then clipped the connectors on the new fuse and slotted the fuse back on the PC board. Put the board cover back on and then the door front. Job done.

Kill power to unit. Turn off water supply. Remove front access panel. Remove screw holding valve housing. Remove valve. Disconnect water lines. Replace valve in housing. Reconnect water lines with addition of thread tape. Reinstall valve and housing.

Nomenclature of parts were not named with a drawing, Photos of instructions were very dark and unable to ascertain which was which , they were worthless. It took me 20 minutes to figure out where the new parts belonged. Keep in mind the new parts were different than the old parts. A simple sketch would have helped a lot.

PartSelect intentionally shipped obsolete part that could not possibly fit a dishwasher. The part looked to be a rectangle door seal for a freezer/ref. You make it impossible to return the part. I find it interesting that you sent the correct install video and wrong part.
Suggestion: After you print a shipping label take a picture of the part and shipping label before it is boxed. The customer should not have to send you a picture of the wrong part and the serial number of the appliance for a refund. You did not need the serial number to ship it.

One side at a time. Removal a bit difficult, but first side took longer. Second side was a cinch. It would be nice if they had better pictures, but it was a fairly straightforward repair. Nice to have it done and working again

Ordered the door gasket and replaced it. Worked perfect. The trick was to stretch the gasket a little as it went around the top curvatures. It would stick out some and not sit as flat as on the top and sides. This helped it to flatten down better.

After replacing garbage disposal. I referred to you video you sent me when i received the new replacement hose. That made it look very easy to install. Thank you for all your help and support.

The kit number PS10064063 has much improved stainless steel framework. It's apparent the manufacturer recognized the deficiency of the original design. The instructions are adequate but the minimal essential to do the job. The images on the instruction sheet are low quality. Removal of the old parts isn't well instructed. Removal of the clips holding the failed roller mechanism was obvious, but the only way I could see to remove the adjuster was to pry it apart with a flat head screw driver. The Philips-to-hex head adaptor for installing the only two screws for each side that are needed in the new parts is a nice touch, so it isn't necessary to buy a hex screw driver. All in all a very satisfactory conclusion, since the extended warrantee service had declared the model to be unrepairable. The repair kit at reasonable price avoided the problems of having to remove and replace the dishwasher which otherwise is very satisfactory
