Removed lower rack, slid in new Rack.

I simply followed the video instructions and replaced the rack myself, no tools required. Easy peasy

Part was incorrect Compare that to GE site saying number on both ports to different parts try to return was half the course of what I paid ridiculous So apparently I'm stuck with it Check GE site you'll see the port is different from what your sound but the numbers are exactly the same No clips to support the utensil tray

Seems to be a common issue - what is not mentioned is how poor this vendor is at processing returns and how long it takes. It took them 2 weeks to acknowledge my return request which was sent the same day the part arrived - and now they say it could take another 90 days because it is a GE component. I have installed electronic boards in so many devices and even have custom built PC's without an issue (unless the board arrives defective - like this one did! The board arrived dead and the anti-static wrap was previously opened (tape was ripped and not secure). I took some pictures and like the other commenter, my old UI board worked/lights up just fine but will not stay that way for more than a few days (and then have to power cycle the main board until it comes back on). It is annoying - but this supposedly brand new (factory tested my @$$) board will not light up or beep at all! It will go back and will also file a dispute with PayPal if these folks continue to drag their feet. I would stay away from this part - nobody else even has this in stock - but somehow they have access to a pile of defective boards...

So easy, even I was able to do it. Slide tabs back on defective basket and remove both sides, then slide the tabs onto new basket and place in dishwasher. All Done!

Quite simple. Only disassembly/reassembly was the spray mechanism attached to the bottom of the Upper Rack. Snaps off old and on to new rack with no tools. On this dishwasher model, there is no hose assembly running to water port, but the spray assembly is instead a integrated tube with a male port that "plugs" into a female port on back of unit. Definitely get 2 end caps.
Only difference from original, is the design of the bottom rack. To fit such that the door closes, the silverware rack is at the back of the unit versus the front. Somewhat inconvenient. Can put silverware rack in front, but then less efficient for dishes.

The repair was just like the video that the agent sent me. And while I had the unit out of the cabinet I installed a part I have had for months which I ordered before I realized I had to take the unit out of the cabinet: the part was the seal for the bottom of the door. I recommend if you are ordering a pump order this part too an it is easy to install if you already have the dishwasher out of the cabinet.

Connected sprayer aligned on bottom of top rack snapped in place. Very easy to install!

Piece of cake! Slide old rack out, slide new one in. I wish I had known about this website sooner, would have changed this rack out 2 years ago. Yes, it’s a little different shape than the old one, and Yes, I can no longer put my silverware on the door. BIG DEAL! I would rather move a few dishes around than spend $700. on a new dishwasher. Tell your friends about this website, that will thank you.

Easy repair, googled a how-to video and I was surprised how well i was able to follow instructions.

Unplug power to the dish washer.
Remove 2 kick plate screws to remove kick plate
Remove 2 screws that hold DW to underside of countertop
Slide out dishwasher enough to access the cables on each side at bottom of door.
With door closed, use plyers to lift the cable (one on each side) off the retaining stub.
Unplug door wiring connector.
Open door and slide door off the hinges.
Slide old seal out and insert new seal.

Reverse to reassemble

To remove/install gasket one has to remove a Door Hinge Arm on one side. Then you can easy remove old gasket and replace. Please follow these steps when removing a hinge: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hTpe1dedyr8

Performed all checks on youtube...water coming in, course and fine filter cleaned, drain pump working (heard it come on and no water present and cycle end). Swapped water inlet valve bc it was the cheapest poss fix $19. No luck. Ordered circulation pump and motherboard. Swapped pump, very easy with machine out and turned on its back. Temp reinstall and ops checked good. Contacted Partselect for return slip, emailed immediately and sent thru post office.

I loved the service I received. The site pulled up the correct make and model basket I need for my dishwasher and gave me several options. I order with ease and it arrived within a couple of days. No tools required.
