Door Spring broke on one side.
Well, first of all I want to thank you for letting me know there were two springs and also for showing the two springs because I had almost ordered from another site the official Frigidare site which did not show the other spring, the right one. I would have ordered the wrong spring. I got a spring from you with shipping (very fast Fed-X) for the price of their spring alone. Also, your site was very helpful in explaining how to put it on and advised to get two which I intended to but only ordered one, It was so easy. Beaucoup thanks!

Spray arm came off and melted to heating element
I first removed the bottom rack and took out the spray arm (which was now in two pieces) I took some steel wool and scrubbed off the melted residue from the old arm. I took the new spray arm out of the plastic and clipped it into the bottom of the dishwasher. It spun around great and so I put the bottom rack back in and told my wife to try to run a load of dishes throu. It ran great, dishes got clean...easy fx!

Unscrewed the old arm, and watched a utube video to place back in properly.

Dishwsher leaking
Thought the problem was a faulty door gasket (there was a gap in the middle of it) so I ordered new(new one had a gap also) replaced it anyway - maybe it was worn out? Still leaked! Had to sit and stare at it and cycle it through. finally realized the spray arm had a hole in the end that was spraying directly into the gap in the door gasket. Hot glued the hole and it stopped so I bought a new spray arm - no leaky!

Dishwasher Leaks At Heating Element. Missing Door Spring
I removed the wires from the heating element. I removed the 2 brass nuts that had split down the side. I replaced them with 2 new brass nuts. Tightened with a wrench. I then installed the missing door spring. The repair itself took about 5 minutes.

Lower Spray Arm melted into two pieces
Customer Service Rep by day, Super Mom by night. I literally have 5 minutes when I get home before I have to take my son to football. I was not only able to use the bathroom but repair my dishwasher in that amount of time. It couldn't have been easier, opening the package took longer. Note: replacement arm looked slightly different than the original. All you had to do was to spread the side clips and snap into place. I had my dishwasher running as I was running out the door. Now I bet if I had a service person come to fix it, it would have cost me!

Sprayer arm design in newer model was not sufficiently cleaning
Pulled the completely empty bottom rack out, popped the old spray arm off, popped the new one on, and replaced the basket. Easy peasy. One of the easiest repairs possible IF it fixes the problem. (We had an older model Fridgaire dishwasher with this type spray arm versus the one that came in the new one and it worked great for 12 years. Falling back to it in a fashion was a logical attempt at a solution)
