Terminal Block Shorted On 8" Burner
Replaced all terminal blocks per your instructions and replaced old bowls. One 8" bowl did not fit flat on the range top which I reported to your customer service.

I could not find a dealer who could tell me what part I needed because the model was discontinued
I just went to your web page and indicated I needed an 8' surface element and up popped a picture; I ordered it and plugged it in and it works perfectly. I didn't need a model number, or a part number. Three cheers for a simple solution and a 1st class web page!

Replaced All Burner Receptacles After One Failed And Also Replaced Ball Burner Bowls
This installation was for a replacement for one of the burner bowls on the original order. Replacement bowl fits proiperly.

One burner didn't work, others were failing
I simply followed the instructions on the PartSelect website. Since the range is 20 years old, I replaced all four terminal blocks. I used needle nose pliers to carefully nurse the old terminals off the burner controls, and used fine sandpaper to burnish the male contacts on the burner controls. Since the failed terminal block wire had overheated, I burnished the burner contacts that slip into the terminal blocks to eliminate any resistance that could cause overheating. So far, all burners are working great!

surface element not working
I simply pulled the old surface burner out, and plugged the new one in. It took less than one minute! The amazing part of this repair, is actually that PartSelect sent the replacement surface element burner OVERNIGHT! I could not believe it, and was VERY impressed with their commitment to help their customers in time of crisis. It arrived just on time for my Thanksgiving not to become a nightmare. Two surface burners did not work
Removed the two screws from the range's top and the rear zinc cover and replaced the two front clip receptacles. It took me 30 min to finish the job.

Burner bowls had been used and abused for year gone by in this rental.
Replaced them all. Next I want to replace the burners.

Old Surface Burner Block Kit Disintegrated
Very easy. Followed the video instructions. Unplug stove. Cut old wires. Tape new wires to old wires to facilitate pulling new wires thru old hole to back of range. Removed back cover. Pulled old/new wires thru to back. Removed old connectors. Attached new connectors. Replaced back cover. Screwed new terminal block to front of range at burner. Attached new burner. Plugged in stove. Replaced stove in counter.

Bad connection to electric elements
Lifted top, opened back splash, unplugged old wires and replaced with the new ones them connected to new elements

Burner Terminal had shorted out out.
had to pull range away from wall and unplug it so we could get behind to access the rear panel. we then removed old terminal block, by, removing screws from back panel, and one screw from under burner drip pan, inserted, new block, and reassembled. plugged it in to test and burner worked properly.
