Hi Alberto,
Thank you for your question. If your washing machine is adding time to the wash cycle, there are a couple of reasons why this may be happening. If the water level hose that attaches to the water level switch is damaged, it may extend the wash cycle. If your washer shakes and moves during the spin cycle, the shock absorbers may be worn or damaged. If the shock absorbers are damaged, the load in the washer may become unbalanced causing the washer to add more water, extending the time on the wash cycle. You will need to inspect these parts and verify if they are causing the issue. If you have used too much soap or not the correct type of soap for your washer, then suds may build up inside the washer, causing the washer to add some extra rinses until all the suds are gone. If you load the washer with too many clothes or the clothes are not loaded evenly, the washer will try to compensate for this by adding more water to the drum until the load is balanced. Make sure that you are using the correct amount of soap and that you are not overloading the washer. If you have any questions, please let us know. We are open 7 days a week. We look forward to hearing from you!
