Top agitator not working
Pull top cap, bolt,remove agitator , pull top half off remove old parts install new parts! About 15 minutes total

The upper agitator not working.
Removed nut holding the upper agitator replaced spacer thrust installed agitator cam kit reinstalled upper agitator and secured with washer and nut replaced fabric softener dispenser and bingo the upper agitator is working again.
