My LG washing machine seems to be leaving a small amount of water under the basin of the washing machine. When I shake the washing machine, I can hear water moving so I detached the rubber hose going from the basin to the pump and drained it then replace the hose. Do you know why this would be happening?
For model number WT7405CV
Hi Travis, thank you for getting in touch. Hearing water moving when you shake your washing machine is completely normal; what you are hearing is almost certainly the liquid trapped inside the balance ring. But if there is still water inside the tub, then we would suggest checking the drain pump, part number AHA75673404. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this sorts out your problem!
