This is an OEM electric cord with a black casing that measures approximately 29-inches in length. It supplies power to various appliances. Connect it to the male post of the appliance, and the metal prongs into an electrical outlet. It may be difficult to push it into the post for the first time, but this is normal for a new cord. If the casing is cracked, wires are exposed, or sparks are present, this cord will need to be replaced. Inspect the condition of the posts before installing your new part to ensure it is in good shape and clean.
