This is an authentic Rolair replacement part. Air filters and are used to stop things such as sawdust, wood chips, job site debris, dirt, and dust debris from clogging up and contaminating the carburetor and damaging the engine. This air filter uses two-stage design, consisting of a prefilter on the outside, and a pleated polyester center for maximum performance. This technology also enables the filter to pick up smoke, oil spray, and other airborne contaminants that may harm your engine. When your air filter is dirty or clogged your engine might not be getting enough air, this means the engine may not start, or it might run rough. This air filter is used in air compressors. This filter is made out of paper, plastic and metal. Replacing this filter is simple, you just need to remove the air filter cover, which is secured with a wing nut, and insert a new filter where the old one was. No tools are needed for this installation. Before operating be sure the air filter cover is back in place and the wing nut is secure. To ensure the long-term performance of your equipment you should regularly check and replace your air filter.

This is an authentic OEM replacement part sourced directly from Rolair. The pressure switch is the device on your compressor that reacts to the pressure changes in your compressor tank, and it tells the pump in your compressor when to stop/start building pressure. This pressure switch cuts in a 105psi, and cuts back out at 135psi. This pressure switch is fitted with a manual on/of lever. There are multiple reasons your switch might need to be replaced, some signs are that the compressor will not stop when the desired pressure is reached, the compressor will not start when a pressure increase is needed, or if the switch is leaking air. There are many reasons the pressure switch could be leaking air, be sure to figure out where it is leaking from before replacing this part. Before you start any repairs on an air compressor unplug the machine, and make sure to drain the air out of the compressor tank.

During regular operation of you compressor condensation builds up in the compressors tank, this drain valve allows you to open the tank up, release the pressure, and let the moisture out. Just one quarter turn opens the drain valve fully. This drain valve is made of metal, and it has male threads. Due to the constant contact with moisture the drain valve will rust, disintegrate, and get clogged over time. Each drain valve is sold individually. To replace your drain valve you will need a wrench, this help ensure you have securely attached the valve to the tank.
