Is this door cam plastic? If it wore out, could it suddenly make the freezer door "drag" in spots, and refuse to close under gravity from any opening larger than 6" ? It closes fine if you push it most of the way then release it at 6", but you can feel a slight drag in places. Once you get it within 6" of closed and let it go, it drifts closed smoothly from a standstill, and without fail.
