Slow water flow with the filter in place.
Based on others input I thought the problem was the filer head. I tested it by putting the bypass cap on. It flowed normally. To replace on my fridge was pretty easy. 1. Turn the water supply off. 2. Remove the filter. 3. Remove the filter cover by pulling to the left and down at the back where the hinge is. 4. Pull left and down on the f ilter head. 5. Disconnect the water feed line on the back of the fridge, then pinch and pull the plastic bracket holding the line running up the fridge. 5. Remove the other line from the compression fitting by pushing in on the ring and pulling hard on the line. 6. CAREFULLY remove the styrofoam insert at the top of the outside fridge wall. (I broke mine and had to glue it back together). 7. Pull the filter head out from the inside of the fridge. 8. Reverse the process for the installation. 9. Check for leaks. I wish the new filter head came with a new styrofoam insert.

Reduced water flow from water filter
our repair was fairly easy, we refered to the instructions that were emailed with the order confirmation. We did have to remove the lower left hand metal panel on the back side of the refrigerator so that we could detach the main water supply line; it was held in place by a plastic clip which was inserted into the metal panel. Other than that it was a thumbs up and we now have superb pressure!
