A bent, cracked, or badly rusted frame can make a gas pressure washer unstable and place stress on the engine, pump, and wheels. This main frame supports the machines heavy parts and helps protect them during use and transport. Before replacing it, inspect the engine mounts, rubber isolators, axle, handle, and fasteners for damage. Confirm fit with the complete equipment model. Shut off the engine, let it cool, disconnect the spark plug wire, close the fuel valve, and release water pressure. Use help when lifting the engine and pump onto the new frame.
