Power Cord – Part Number: 330072-98
$15.42
Power Cord
Fix Number FIX10169875
Manufacturer Part Number 330072-98
This power cord is used for power tools and some of the following tools: electric drills, reciprocating saws, jig saws, biscuit joiners, and routers. The power cord is made for double insulated tools and is a two-wire cord with two prongs, but it does not need a ground wire. If there are cuts in the cord insulation, intermittent power during operation, or damaged and bent prongs, then replacing the power cord will solve the problem. The tools needed for this repair are a Phillips screwdriver, small screwdriver, wire cutters/strippers, crimping tool, and terminal (ring or spade). Repair tip: During installation, remember that new cord wires must go correctly into wire terminals. Also, to avoid pinching when the tool case is put back into place, remember to route cord and wires in the right path.

Cord Protector
Fix Number FIX10169655
Manufacturer Part Number 330005-01
This is a cord protector, but it is also called a strain relief, and it is used with multiple power tools. This part is black and 4 inches long. The smallest end has a diameter of 0.5 inches. When completing this repair tuck in all wires to avoid pinching.

Carbon Brush (Sold Individually) – Part Number: 176846-04
$4.16
Carbon Brush (Sold Individually)
Fix Number FIX10167153
Manufacturer Part Number 176846-04
This is a carbon brush for your power tools. It is sold individually, and your unit will need two to make a set. The most common reason for needing to replace this part is if it is worn down and causing your motor and electric braking to run poorly. New brushes could restore both problems, as long as your armature does not have visible damage that would mean a larger issue with the motor.

Ball Bearing (608D)
Fix Number FIX10169608
Manufacturer Part Number 330003-04
This ball bearing fits various gardening and lawn tools such as, electric drills, hammers, saws, and sander polishers. Ball bearings are used to reduce friction between rotating parts. Replacing this part regularly is important for the function of your tool. Refer to the manual provided by the manufacturer for further installation instructions and guidance.

Brush Spring
(1)
Fix Number FIX10173420
Manufacturer Part Number 445860-00
This is a brush spring and it is used in a variety of power tools. The spring applies force to the motor brush inside the motor. This will keep the brush tight along the armature. If the brush has worn down it will create heat, and the spring will lose tension. If this happens, both parts will have to be replaced.

Brush & Spring – Part Number: 450374-12
$6.65
Brush & Spring
Fix Number FIX10173724
Manufacturer Part Number 450374-12
This is a brush and spring for your power tools. This brush is sold individually, and two are needed for most power tools. We recommend replacing both brushes together for an even wear. When your brush wears down it will greatly affect your motor function by reducing the power and electric braking. When making this repair we recommend inspecting the armature for cracks or visible damage that would mean other motor problems. Carbon brushes are the most commonly replaced power tool part. This part is meant to wear out over time through the constant contact.
