The Broiling/Baking Element was burned out.
First, I turned the system off at the breaker box. Then I removed the oven door. Folding down the two clips lets you lift it out and put it aside so it is not in the way. Next I removed the two screws that were securing the element into the back of the oven. Then I removed the two that secure the element to the top of the oven. I pulled t he element toward the front of the oven and holding the connector with a pliers removed the four wires, r;leasing the element from the oven. Connected the new element first to the back and then to the top of the oven. I then re-powered the system and made sure the new element worked, replaced the door and was done!
