Remove eight bolts and two skid shoes and bottom sheave plate. Replace in reverse order.

Ends of control cables are attached with small plastic holder that easily breaks.

Remove small broken plastic cable barrel holder from handle bar mounted control lever with medium standard blade screw driver. Insert control cable barrel into the new replacement holder and re-install to the control lever using existing mounting screw. Order extra cable barrel holders and attach to tiller handle with wire or ty-rap so you have them handy for future use. Easy to replace but tiller is useless without it. clevis pin had come out of rototiller tines and tine came off.

Step1. remove side cover of rototiller tines
Step2. clean off shaft and slide tine back into position.
Step3. Insert clevis pin through holes and clip in place with cotter pin.

Oil Seal, Tine Shaft

The tine shaft oil seal is used in tillers and is made of metal and rubber. This part is priced as an individual item, but may require two for proper installation. If the seal becomes dried out or cracked it will need to be replaced. The purpose of a spark plug is to deliver electricity from an ignition system to the combustion chamber. Over time spark plugs tend to wear out, get dirty or fouled requiring replacement. Includes one (1) spark plug per order. You would need a spark plug wrench or a socket wrench to install the spark plug. Please note, after replacing it, you should gap the spark plug according to the owners manual of the outdoor product you have.
