Because this part is meant to snap at a certain point of pressure, it is a commonly replaced part in snow blowers. Consequently, we recommend keeping a spare on hand. Replace sheave plate and side skid shoes on snowblower.
Remove eight bolts and two skid shoes and bottom sheave plate. Replace in reverse order.
