Swivel Assembly Kit

$6.79

Fix Number: FIX9965032
Manufacturer Part Number: 52-552

This is a genuine Walbro replacement part. This Swivel kit attaches to the throttle cable, and controls the airflow to the carburetor. The swivel rotates as the throttle position changes to prevent any binds in the throttle cable. As the swivel rotates the valve on the carburetor rotates with it, this allows more air into the motor, which simultaneously pulls more fuel, and helps the motor to accelerate. The swivel kit is commonly used in small engines found in outdoor lawn and garden equipment. The kit includes a swivel, a clip, and a washer. The swivel and clip are made of metal, and the washer is plastic. To install the swivel kit in your carburetor you will need a flathead screwdriver and pliers.

Primer Bulb

$12.83

Fix Number: FIX9912192
Manufacturer Part Number: 188-512-1

This high quality OEM sourced item is specially designed for use with Walbo carburetors. Its purpose is to allow user to pump gasoline into the gas chamber. By pressing on the primer bulb it will force fuel into the line from the tank into the carburetor. Once the carburetor is full of fuel, the excess fuel will be sent back into the tank. Over time the primer bulb may lose its elasticity or crack eventually requiring replacement. It is made from durable rubber with a plastic adapter and it is sold individually.

Diaphragm Assembly

$5.95

Fix Number: FIX10034285
Manufacturer Part Number: 95-526-9-8

This is a genuine Walbro replacement part. The metering side of your carburetor is a self adjusting vacuum based system, the diaphragm moves depending on the amount of fuel being pulled into the motor. At higher speeds more fuel is being pulled into the engine, the diaphragm compresses and the pin in the center of the diaphragm pushes on the metering lever, which lifts the regulator inlet needle and allows more fuel to travel from the pump into the reservoir. This is why it is important to ensure your metering diaphragm is in good shape, it is a very important part of the fuel regulator assembly on your carburetor, which ensures your engine is getting the appropriate amount of fuel to run smoothly.

Fix Number: FIX10048145
Manufacturer Part Number: K20-WAT

This is a genuine OEM replacement part sourced directly from the manufacturer. The carburetor is responsible for regulating the amount of fuel and air that make it to the engine; this ensures the fuel is burning properly in your outdoor power equipment. Over time the carburetor gets dirty and parts begin to wear out, instead of replacing the carburetor you can clean and rebuild the one you have. This kit gives you all the parts you need to do that job, and is commonly used to rebuild carburetors found in trimmers, tillers, and edgers. Signs your carburetor could be clogged or dirty are that the engine is not running properly, it is not running at all, it will not stay running, it is difficult to start, or if it emits a lot of smoke. In order to successfully rebuild your carburetor we suggest that as you disassemble the old carburetor pay attention to the order and placement of the parts you are removing, when reassembling reverse the removal order. When you are finished rebuilding the carburetor be sure to inspect all connections before running. Place only a small amount of fuel in the tank while testing the new carburetor. To complete this job you will need a screwdriver and a pick.

Fix Number: FIX9912182
Manufacturer Part Number: 188-12-1

This is a genuine OEM replacement part sourced directly from Walbro. When you press the primer bulb, it forces the air out of the carburetor. This primer bulb is commonly used in edgers, leaf blowers, trimmers, pruners, and tillers. Due to constant exposure to fuel, the primer bulb will deteriorate over time; it may lose elasticity or crack, it will then need to be replaced. The primer bulb is easy to access and replace, you will need a screwdriver to complete the job.

Fix Number: FIX10048119
Manufacturer Part Number: K10-WAT

A diaphragm carburetor depends on flexible pump and metering pieces to move and control fuel. When those pieces harden, a small two-cycle engine may become difficult to start, surge, lose power, idle poorly, or leak fuel. A rebuild set can renew the worn internal seals, screen, needle, and lever parts. These carburetors use a metering chamber, not a float bowl, so the needle controls fuel entering that chamber. Confirm the stamped carburetor code before ordering. During service, note diaphragm and gasket positions, clean passages without enlarging them, and set the metering lever only to the service specification. Keep fuel away from sparks and test for leaks before use.

Spring Compression

$6.51

The purpose of this spring is to apply tension on the metering lever. It provides an identical replacement for a missing or a faulty hardware that was installed on a new unit. Please make sure to check the appropriate diagram of your specific model for the exact location and application of this hardware. Keep in mind this high-quality spring is made of durable metal and is sold individually.
