This is a single rack roller kit for your dishwasher. This kit comes with one axel/clip, and one wheel/roller. The kit is used for the lower dishrack, and allows your rack to move freely. You will need two kits for your upper and lower rack. We recommend replacing this part in pairs for an even wear. Lower rack roller and bracket assembly, grey. Wheel has been updated. If wheel pictured is not like old one, you may need to replace all wheels.

If your refrigerator is not maintaining a consistent temperature, or there is frost building up, you may need to replace the defrost timer. The 120V defrost timer is a genuine OEM part that acts like a clock, and continuously cycles through a cooling and defrost setting. It does this to maintain the desired temperature and prevent frost from building up, which would decrease the efficiency of your fridge. You can use a multimeter to test if the timer is defective. Please be sure to disconnect the power supply to your fridge before beginning this repair. Depending on your model, the defrost timer can be found either on the ceiling or rear panel of the refrigerator.

This is a genuine OEM replacement key for the door of upright or chest freezers. If you have misplaced or damaged your key, you will need a replacement in order to lock and unlock your freezer door. We recommend storing the key in a safe place away from the freezer itself. We recommend testing the new key with the freezer door open, to ensure that the latch opens and closes properly. This key is made from white plastic and is sold individually.

Lost freezer key and door was locked and frozen from the inside
The key would not work, but unplugged the freezer and moved it outside where it could thaw out. After the freezer thawed out, the door could move and the key could then turn the latch. When we moved the freezer and jiggle it from side to side, it also loosened up the door. Read more...

Freezer stopped cooling
On the compressor are two components. The first is the start relay which allows voltage to pass through to the compressor when it's called to run by the thermostat. The second is the thermal override which protects the compressor by shutting it down when over heated. Both are plugged into the three compressor power prongs. Thermal is plugged into the top prong, starter relay to the two lower prongs. To start the repair, pull the two wire leads off of the components. Take a pair of needle nose pliers and gently pull out the starter relay. Next pull out the thermal override. Make sure the compressor windings aren't bad by testing the leads with an ohm meter. There are how to's on the web but basically place the ohm meter in its lowest setting and take a reading between the two bottom prongs. Write this number down. It should have a resistance of about 10.5 ohms. Next, take a reading between the top and bottom left prongs and then do the same on the right side. Add the left and right reading together and they should equal the initial reading that you took across the bottom prongs (10.5ohms) or so. If not, your compressor is the issue. If all tests out OK, replace the start relay in the reverse order of disassembly. The switchout takes all of 15 minutes to perform. Made my freezer like new. Read more...

System would not cool
Went to your site and found the suggested problem. Ordered the parts. The diagram did not show the location of the Defrost timer on my unit. I had to call your service desk which was very helpful. the timer is located underneath the cabinet on the left hand side behind the leg/roller support. Once located it was a piece of cake. Unit works great now. Read more...
