When it has tile, gasket does that mean tile and gasket or I'd that the description of the gasket? What are the dimensions for the MH9BX tiles?

Product showed up broken. Twice

I have not repaired my Mr
Heater yet. I sent all 4 ceramic tiles and gaskits back and am waiting on a refund. Ceramic tiles are like glass and even though instructed to by me. The product was sent in a flimsy package. I will purchase elsewhere. So far this process has taken over one month.
