This is an OEM dough blade for a food processor. The dough blade is used for kneading bread dough and for mixing batters and cake mixtures. To assemble this part, lock the bowl onto the base, take the disc stem and slide it onto the center post, hold the dough blade by the stem and slide it over the disc stem. Be very careful as the blade is sharp. Try to clean this attachment (and all attachments) immediately after use to avoid caked-on food and damaging the blade. This part can be washed in the top portion of your dishwasher or carefully by hand. Please not this is a single dough blade, other attachments are sold separately.
