Product Description

This blade adapter is a genuine manufacturer approved replacement part. It is specially made for use with walk-behind push lawn mowers. This adapter secures with the blade and allows it to be connected to the spindle. It is made out of metal and it is sold individually. You would need a wrench when replacing this adapter to remove/install the blade bolt.

original blade adapter broken
1) Remove the blade retaining bolt and the existing blade adapter.
2) Align the new blade adapter with the shaft keyway and slide the adapter onto shaft.
3) Align new blade holes with studs on the new adapter.
4) Install retaining bolt and tighten.
5) Your done.

Key and blade adapter showed signs of excessive wear it was wise to replace
Removed both using 14mm socket had to file key slot to except new blade adapter not a big deal works fine everything fit as like OEM
