Cover was broken, Ice dropping into freezer door
First, watch the video. Take a small bladed screwdriver and place it between the edges near the two overhanging tabs and carefully pry the pieces apart as shown in the video. That was the difficult part of the whole job. Mine was broken so did not have to "unwind" as shown in the video.

The plastic part at the ice dispensing portion broke.
I ended up having to purchase different parts when I thought the entire ice bucket portion would come complete. This caused multiple purchases and then trying to remember how everything went back together.

All ice was crushing, found washer & retaining ring in a cup
A broken bucket auger nut allowed the retaining ring to come off. The slop in the auger shaft caused the Dispenser Crusher Cover to break. Had to disassemble the entire cube tray; every piece, every screw. Use retaining ring pliers on the retaining ring so you don't damage the auger nut, which is very thin at that location. The auger nut has left hand threads so be careful not to damage the old one if you intend to reuse it. Take a picture of the crusher blades alignment and note which location #6 7 & 8 blades will relocate to after your repairs are done. You must reassembly in the exact opposite order or you will find yourself backtracking. There are a lot of connection types so take your time and don't flex the rigid plastic very far. You can break some of the pieces with your hands. Good luck.

Ice Maker Would Not Dispense Ice
Ordered parts online. Needed the auger and the dispenser crusher cover, as they were both broken. Watched the video once and took it apart and reassembled it in about 30 min. It was easy, but I'm kind of a do-it-yourself person'

Cover was broken, plastic bits in glasses after ice melted
Watch the video that this site provides. It is so simple my wife could do it if she watched the video. The longest part of the repair was the waiting for the plastic drawer to warm up so we could take it apart without risking breakage. That took about 45 minutes. The changing out of the cover only took about 5-10 minutes after you wa tch the video. Thanks for the videos on the repairs.
