The heating element was grounded on the Hotel p-tack
The limit switches had to be removed first, then the element was unplugged and removed, put the new element in and install the limit switches to the top of the element. Plug the element into the connector, Put the rest of the unit back together, power on and make sure the heater worked, and it did, the heater worked great.
