Indicator lights are lit but burners do not heat at all. A couple of weeks ago we replaced one infinity switch. Worked until one day while making soup, burners went from Hi to no heat. Is this likely a ceramic burner issue or the cartridge receptacle?

Hey Cheryl, thank you for your inquiry. If you have already replaced its infinity switch, make sure it is working fine. If it is working, then the problem is most likely with its burner cartridge terminal block, part number FIX11757594. Customer service is available 7 days a week if you need help placing an order. The old radiant cartridge was looking bad, the paint on the edges was chipping and the burners showed marks from spillage.
I unplugged the old cartridge and plugged in the new one. I turned on each burner, to make sure that they worked and the installation was finished. The longest part of this installation was taking the packaging off the new part.
