This is an authentic OEM sourced part that is intended to be used with walk-behind lawnmowers from Toro and Lawn Boy. The tread was too slick to pull. One of the plastic cup gear covers had broken. I replaced both.
One bolt holds on the wheel, the cup fits with a stud over the gear without other attachment.
Mesh the gears and replace the bolt. The back nut is inset and does not require a wrench.
