Socket set
The drive pulley wore through on one side so it couldn't grip the belt.
I removed the blade with a socket, then used a gear puller to remove the piece that holds the blade on the crankshaft. I removed a set screw from the broken drive pulley then used the gear puller to take it off the crankshaft. I polished the shaft and the parts went back on pretty easily.
